Paws-itive Listing🐾
Local Realtor, Tanya Estey donates a portion of the proceeds from the sale of select listings:
“Every time you see my sign with Gibby on it, you’ll know it’s more than just a property. With every Paws-itive Listing, a portion of my proceeds will be donated directly to our local SPCA.
That means when you buy or sell your home with me, you’re not only making your own dreams come true — you’re helping pets in need find their forever homes too.
Because to me, a house isn’t just walls and a roof. It’s love, it’s family… it’s where both people and pets should feel safe, happy, and never lonely. So keep your eyes peeled for that Gibby-approved pawprint badge on my listings — it’s your sign that something paws-itively amazing is happening.
Ready to make your move? Let’s find your dream home and give back to our furry friends at the same time. That’s what I call a win-win.
