I found a lost pet, what do I do?
- If you can, keep the pet in a safe location and provide food and water.
- Take pictures of the found pet, and include any distinguishing color patterns, or marks.
- Note where the pet was found. Is the pet injured? Friendly?
- Does the animal require vet care? If so, please call your vet immediately.
- Call the appropriate contact numbers below.
- Post the found pet info and pictures on social media. (Search on Facebook for ‘Lost Pets (enter community name)” and a list will generate automatically).
