Low-Income Spay and Neuter Assistance Program helps low-income households get spay/neuter services for their cats.

How do I apply?

Step 1: Get a government-issued income tax assessment of your recent household income.

Step 2: Call the shelter at (506) 465-7657 to book an appointment with the Shelter Manager.

Step 3: The shelter will review your application, and if you are approved for the program,
you will be advised on the next steps.
